Purchase a VW Campervan from Dream Day Campers!
Anna and Adam came to us in March 2021 asking our advice about purchasing at VW T6 as they were looking for a VW Campervan that they could use for holidays!
They wanted something reliable and were unsure if they would get this if they purchased a classic campervan.
Often we would be in agreement as it isn't always known with a classic vehicle exactly what you are purchasing however after a couple of hours in our workshop viewing our current managed project build and discussing how we could build the vehicle to their requirements and ensure reliability their concerns disappeared and Vincent was born!
As well as all completing all welding work and carrying out a full respray with the underside and high traffic interior areas protected with Raptor truck bed liner we also installed a new 1600 engine (with 2 year warranty), a new gearbox and replaced/ refurbished all of the running gear.
Anna and Adam chose their own interior colours and upholstery fabric and we helped them to design the layout of their interior. They wanted to be able to work from their laptops so we installed an overhead cupboard with an insert for a folding table meaning they could bring it out when needed and then fold away when they required the space. We installed a 240v system ensuring they could camp off grid and also a Planar diesel heater to ensure they could use the camper all year round. We created storage areas in the custom buddy seats and installed reading lights.
Since taking Vincent home earlier this year they have enjoyed many trips away having complete confidence that their VW Campervan is in full working order and we love to see their holiday updates.

I first saw the van as a newly painted shell and have enjoyed seeing it get rebuilt into its former glory. Our van has loads of character and we've totally fallen in love with it and still actually can't believe we've got it.
