VW Paintwork
VW Pop Top Installations & Canvas Replacement
If you are looking for a pop top roof installation or a refurb of your current roof we can help! We only work with top quality pop top roof suppliers and our skilled technician’s are trained to install pop top roof’s to both classic and modern VW’s. We can repair, repaint and seal your current pop top and also provide off the shelf and custom made pop top canvas options.
VW Campervan Interior Conversions
We can build your vision with our custom interior conversion service available for both Classic and Modern VW’s. We offer a range of options on upholstery, headlining, flooring, kitchen units and rock and roll beds. Previous build’s have included custom made items such as a pop top beds, wetsuit locker, fold out tables and storage areas.
We can refresh and future protect the underside of your Classic VW by stripping and cleaning all suspension parts and gear linkage, removing all underside, dirt and grime before applying tintable Raptor truck bed liner. Before we rebuild we can paint the suspension parts, gear linkage and beam in black.
We can also protect your Classic or Modern VW with stone chip and/or waxoyl.

Mechanical
With our fully equipped workshop facilities we undertake a range of mechanical services on air-cooled and water-cooled Volkswagen’s. Bring your VW T2, VW T25, VW T4/5/6 to us for for servicing and MOT’s are available to book upon request. Additional services include engine rebuilds, engine replacements, gearbox rebuilds, brakes and suspension, carburettor set up and lots more.

Welding & Fabrication
Our fabrication team assess each VW individually to ensure the most appropriate repair is carried out. We only cut back as far as needed to protect the originality of your VW. We use the best quality panels and when these are not available we fabricate our own from sheet metal in house. Spot , mig and braze welding are all jobs carried out whilst ensuring great attention to detail.

Electrical & Heating
We offer a range of services to provide power to your VW Campervan including a 12v leisure battery system, 240v hook up and solar panel installation. We can also carry out electrical fault finding, wiring repairs and wiring loom installation.
We can install a 2KW Autoterm Air Diesel Heater to any model of Campervan.

General Inspections
Ensure your Classic VW remains safe and roadworthy! We will carry out a 2 hour inspection on our ramp (bodywork and mechanical) and provide the results to you in a report. We can advise what essential works are required and provide an estimate for the work.
